1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned with its original packaging, tags, invoice, certificates (if applicable), and any complimentary items.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Engraved products.
  • Products altered or resized at the customer's request.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photographs of the product and packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or process a refund, as appropriate.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until the return is completed.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Refund & Return Policy.

Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

8. Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:

  • The returned product is damaged due to customer misuse.
  • The product shows signs of wear or alteration.
  • Required accessories, certificates, tags, or packaging are missing.
  • The return request falls outside the eligible return period.
